Changes to The Composition of The Directors of PT Serasi Autoraya (“The Company”)

PT Serasi Autoraya has commenced the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) through Circular Decision of Shareholders as a substitution for the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

A resolution made by the Company shareholders in the meeting concerns the changes to the Company’s composition of directors. In light of that, below is the new composition of Company’s Directors:

• President Director: Hendry Christian Wong 
• Director: Naga Sujady 
• Director: Hadi Winarto 
• Director: Yudas Tadeus Go Wie Lien

Each will serve till the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
