The acquisition was signed by their respective directors and witnessed in the presence of notary Aryanti Artisari, S.H., M.Kn. at Grha SERA, Jl Mitra Sunter Boulevard Kav 90 Block C2 Sunter, North Jakarta.
With the acquisition of mobil88, SERA maintains the shares of IBID, a used car auction house founded in 2007. IBID offers an entirely new experience in used car purchasing. It uses technology to create an accessible online auction.
