SERA Appoints New President Director

Jakarta – PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) on Wednesday (17/04) elected new leadership through the General Meeting of Shareholders. The decision was stated in the Deed of Meeting Decision No. 20 dated 29 April 2024. The changes have been notified to the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-AH.01.09-0181072 dated 6 May 2024. This meeting was held at Menara ASTRA Fl. 61 and attended by the entire board of directors and commissioners.

The following is the latest composition of the company's Board of Commissioners and Directors, based on the results of the meeting:
