1. Complete the payment online

The IBID auction process is fully digitalized, so payment completion can be conducted via the IBID app using virtual bank accounts, from BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, BSI, Permata Bank, and Bank Sahabat Sampoerna.

The payment deadline is 5 business days after the auction. Missed deadlines will result in the winner status being revoked and the Auction Participant Number  deposit being forfeited.

How to make payment:

• Navigate to your IBID account and select Transaksi (Transaction).

• Click Konfirmasi (Confirm) and select a payment method.

• Select the virtual account option and pickup delivery method.

• Check the bill details, then make a payment.

• Check the purchase status in the Detail Pengiriman (Delivery Detail) menu.

2. Pick up themotorcycle unit

The used motorcycle you’ve won can be picked up 1 business day after payment completion at the IBID car lot or branch. If pickup is delayed for more than 5 business days, a parking fee of IDR 25,000/day will apply.

Prepare the following documents:

• Proof of payment transfer

• KPL (from IBID app or registered email)

• Referral letter of unit collection from IBID branch (if the unit is in the IBID pool/consignor’s location)

• The auction winner’s ID card

• IDR 10,000 stamp duty.

• If represented: photocopy of the representative’s ID card and stamped power of attorney

Pickup procedures:

• Visit the pickup counter and submit the required documents.

• Receive the handover documents from IBID staff.

• Sign the Auction Winning Certificate.

• Collect the motorcycle and key from the IBID inspectors.

3. Collect thevehicle documents

You can track document readiness directly through the IBID app. For example, if it states 14 working days, this means the BPKB can be collected 14 working days after payment completion.

Prepare the following documents:

• Proof of payment

• KPL (from IBID app or registered email)

• The auction winner’s ID card

• After you’ve received the documents, don’t forget to process the title transfer for safety and peace of mind while driving.
