A Guide to Participating in IBID’s Heavy Equipment Auctions
1. Create an Account on IBID’s App
First step, download IBID’s App on Google Play Store or App Store. Next, register an account and complete the verification process so you can participate in the auction. Whether for personal or business use, you can register under the name that best suits your project needs.
2. Select the Auction Schedule & Unit Location
After finding the unit you're looking for, check its auction schedule and location. Although the auction takes place online, the heavy equipment is located at a designated site. Make sure to choose units that are located close to or in line with your logistics needs.
3. Learn the Units Specifications and Documents
Before negotiating, it’s important to carefully review the unit information, including the brand, model, serial number, and the status of document completeness. If the heavy equipment is owned by a corporation, a Release of Rights (SPH) document is usually included.
4. Check the Unit Conditions in the Description
Heavy equipment units from IBID do not have a detailed inspection report like a used vehicle. However, a unit description is available that includes its physical and technical conditions.
If necessary, you can check the unit directly at the location by making an appointment first through the provided PIC contact.

If you win the auction, make the payment immediately according to the specified deadline. If payment is not made on time, it will be deemed a default, and your Auction Participant Number (NPL) deposit will be forfeited.
