O-RENZ Taxi showed its commitment toexcellent service by achieving OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate in 2013. At that time, O-RENZ Taxi was the first non-premium taxi company to meet the international standards of occupational health and safety management.
Moreover, O-RENZ Taxi keeps gaining acknowledgment as a public transport provider with excellent service. The latest, which was a source of pride, was announced last September 2017. An O-RENZ Taxi driver was crowned as National Winner in the prestigious competition “Abdi YasaTeladan 2017” which was held by The Transportation Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia.
That was not O-RENZ Taxi’s first achievement. Looking back: O-RENZ Taxi already managed to prove its performance when it was only 5 years old. Mark Plus crowned O-RENZ Taxi as The Best Service Taxi in Surabaya for four years in a row, from 2010 to 2013.
Not only that, O-RENZ Taxi has also won the awards as Net Promoter Leader in Net Promoter Loyalty Award from the magazine SWA and Hachiko in 2012, 2014, and 2015.
