Jakarta – TRAC, a subsidiary of PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA), successfully maintained its title as the best car rental for the eighth times in Service Quality Award 2018. TRAC reigned supreme with highest index of 4.4057 in the car rental category.
"The best customer service is TRAC’s commitment, and we will continue to improve it until we reach the highest level of customer satisfaction," TRAC Marketing Division Head Fransisca said during the night of Gala Award at Mulia Hotel on Thursday (August 2).
The award was handed directly by Service Excellent Magazine Editor-in-Chief Anang Ghazali. This year’s event was held thanks to the collaboration between Service Excellent Magazine and Carre CCSL.
