Serasi Autoraya (SERA), in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) at the IPB University, held a road safety education program titled Indonesia Ayo Aman Berlalu Lintas (Indonesia, Let’s Be Safe on the Road)on Saturday, February 15, 2024, in Bogor. The program aimed to improve the understanding and compliance with road safety regulations, within the campus environment and in the workplace.
As part of its commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in the area of quality education, the event included a seminar and training sessions on road safety. During the seminar, Agus Supriyadi, Head of the Health, Safety, Environment System and Compliance Management Department at SERA, emphasized that road safety is a shared responsibility. "We hope this program will help foster a safer driving culture both on campus and in the workplace," he stated.
Another part of the program is a hands-on road safety training, where participants learn how to anticipate risks on the road and become more familiar with traffic rules and driving etiquette. Through an interactive approach, participants were encouraged to understand better their role in creating a safe and comfortable driving environment.
This program is part of SERA's efforts to support road safety and sustainable development. This program is expected to raise people’s awareness of to comply to traffic regulations to create a safer environment for everyone.
