Company Representative ID Card: An ID of the company’s official representation to do transactions at IBID.
Company NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number): For tax identification and legal transaction needs
Company Deed of Establishment: A legal document outlining the company’s establishment and legal status
NIB (Business Identification Number): A business entity’s identity that is issued through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system as proof of the company’s business license.
NITKU (Business Activity Location Identification Number): For certain types of businesses that are regulated in financial transactions.
Company Current Account: Used for name and account number verification.
Company Bank Account Number: Used for returning the Auction Participant Number (NPL) deposit if you fail to win the auction.

How to Register Company Accounts through IBID App
After all documents are ready, follow these easy steps below to register a company account at the IBID app:
Open the IBID App: Download the app from the Google Play Store and App Store, then open it.
Choose Daftar Sekarang (Register Now): You can find it on the application’s home screen to begin creating a new account.
Fill in the Initial Information: Enter the company’s name, an active email address to be used, and then create a password. You can also register quickly through a Gmail or Facebook account as an alternative. But it’s recommended to use a company’s email for easier management.
Email Verification (Manual Registration): If you register manually, a One-Time Password (OTP) code will be sent to the email address you provided. Enter the OTP code to proceed.
Return to Your Company Account: After a successful email verification, return to your IBID account using the registered email address and password.
Complete Company Profile: After successfully logging in, click the Akun (Account) icon or your profile menu, then select Pengaturan Profil (Profile Settings) to begin filling in your company’s details.
Select Perusahaan (Company) Account Type: On the Detail Informasi Profil (Profile Information Detail), be sure to choose the Perusahaan (Company) option as your account’s type.
Upload Approval Document: Upload a soft copy of the Service User Agreement and the Power of Attorney that your company’s authorized representative signs. These documents serve as formal authorization for the use of IBID’s services.
Fill in Detailed Company Information: Enter precise and thorough information, including the company name, the company’s full address, company NPWP, NIB, name and ID number of the company representative, as well as the NITKU.
Upload Supporting Documents: Upload a photo or scanned copy of the company’s NPWP, the company’s deed of establishment, and the front page of the company’s bank statement as per the required file format (usually JPG, PNG, or PDF).
Finalize Company Bank Data: Enter the company’s bank account details (bank name, account number, and account holder’s name), which will be used for returning the Auction Participant Number (NPL) deposit if you fail to win the auction.
Final Verification: Enter the OTP code sent via SMS or WhatsApp to the registered active phone number, then select Lanjutkan (Continue) to complete the registration process.
IBID CS Confirmation: The IBID Customer Service (CS) team will contact you via WhatsApp or IBID Live Chat to verify your data and documents.
Successful Registration: After successful verification, the company account will be activated and ready for use in both automotive and non-automotive auctions at IBID.
