Friday, 20 June 2025, marks another milestone for PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) as it underwent the ISO 9001 recertification process, which was held offline across several branch offices and concluded at Grha SERA. This activity is part of SERA’s continuous efforts to ensure its quality management systems across the company’s operational lines perform optimally and consistently in accordance with the international standard.
The ISO 9001 recertification reflects SERA’s solid commitment to maintaining its service quality and improving its operational efficiency to offer added value for its customers. The auditing process is carried out by a team of independent auditors who review key areas, such as risk management, document control, and customer satisfaction.
