SERA & Filoksenia Foundation Extend Collaboration to Empower Neurodiverse Artists

Jakarta – PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) received another visit from the Filoksenia Foundation at its Grha SERA headquarters in Sunter on July 2, 2025. More than a goodwill visit, this occasion marks the renewal of the collaboration agreement for another year between the two parties. Previously, SERA and Filoksenia have collaborated for three consecutive years in supporting the empowerment of neurodivergentartists.

Filoksenia Foundation is an organization dedicated to empowering artists with neurodiversity backgrounds. Neurodivergentartists refer to individuals with neurocognitive differences, such as autism, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), tourette syndrome, dyslexia, dyspraxia, etc. In this collaboration, Filoksenia provided a space for neurodivergentartists to realize their full potential and showcase their works to the public.

During the three-year collaboration, Filoksenia artists have produced numerous creative works, which SERA has utilized for various internal and external purposes. Among them are illustrative designs for merchandise, such as toll cards, umbrellas, water bottles, laptop bags, and more. Not only are these products functional, but they also promote inclusivity and diversity, both of which are essential values in the company’s sustainability program.

The collaboration between SERA and Filoksenia is also part of the efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, particularly SDG 10, Reduced Inequalities, which aims to reduce inequalities in various aspects of life, including access to opportunities and employment for individuals with special needs.

Happy Putro Wibowo, the Head of SERA’s Corporate General Affairs, Social Responsibility, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (CGASRHSEE) Division, stated that the continuation of this collaboration represents the company’s commitment to supporting social diversity and inclusion.

“We believe that every individual, including a neurodivergent person, has immense potential to create works and contribute to society. With our collaboration with Filoksenia, we get to enjoy their unique and meaningful works while strengthening the spirit of inclusion in our work environment,” Happy stated.

With the collaboration renewal, SERA aims to expand opportunities for broader collaboration with the neurodivergent community and inspire more stakeholders to participate in a sustainable social inclusion movement.
