TRAC Secures the 15th Diamond Rating in the Service Quality Awards 2025

One of PT Serasi Autoraya's business lines, TRAC, won another Service Quality Award. This time, the Diamond title in the car Rental category marked its 15th victory.

This award was handed over directly by the Chairwoman of Next Gen Frontier Group of Companies & CX Expert, Yuliana Agung MBA, to Fransisca, as Corporate Marketing & Customer Relations Division Head, during an official ceremony held on August 26, 2025, at Hutan Kota by Plataran, Senayan.

The Service Quality Awards are organized by Marketing magazine and CARRE, based on customer satisfaction research conducted over the last six months. This research involved 3,500 respondents across four major cities: Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, and Medan. The assessment is based on two main dimensions: Perceived Service Quality (PSQ), which is the customer's perception of Service, and Perceived Service Value (PSV), which is the suitability between the price paid and the service received. The Diamond predicate achieved by TRAC is the highest in the car Rental category, with a Services Quality Index (SQI) of 4.7308.

This award recognizes TRAC's commitment to maintaining superior, consistent service quality for all its customers. This also strengthens TRAC's position as a credible and trusted market leader in the Indonesian car rental industry. Moreover, this achievement is an indicator of the high level of trust and satisfaction among people across various regions, consistently making TRAC the primary choice for meeting transportation needs.
