Bandung – TRAC, one of the transportation solution companies under PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA), held coaching for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) players as part of its CSR program in Cinambo, Bandung, on Saturday (February 24). Different with the previous CSR activities, this time, the coaching was done for small and medium entrepreneurs in the business of motorcycle wash. The coaching included mentoring and provision of business needs. TRAC handed over donation in the form of equipment for the support of business activities such as compressor, steam cleaner, snow foam tube, water barrel, cleaning products, polish, and other tools. After the coaching, TRAC will do periodic review to help SME players improve. Improvement is needed so that the business can develop well. Hopefully, this coaching can open job opportunities for the local communities. Moreover, this can be a motivation for the people to do independent business. The goal of this CSR is in line with community empowerment pillar that targets the establishment of SMEs for the creation of community-based business opportunities. We hope that this activity can bring good impacts to the Indonesian people.
