Jakarta – PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) and its subsidiary TRAC successfully maintained ISO 9001:2015 certification during audit surveillance on Friday (July 27). This audit is done routinely every year to ensure that Quality Management System process is running according to the standard. This audit surveillance used five TRAC branches in Semarang, Bali, Medan, Banjarmasin, and Malang as samples. Aside from that, the same monitoring was done at several related divisions in SERA that support the operations of TRAC. For your information, ISO is a non-governmental organization that designs and sets the standards for industrial and commercial accreditation. Since its establishment in 1947, ISO is still an internationally recognized standard until today. ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. Quality management system is measured by assessing the ability in fulfilling needs, consistency in product and services, and continuous improvement. The success in maintaining ISO certification proved that SERA is able to maintain and improve its quality. Therefore, service quality is certainly maintained to achieve customer satisfaction.
