If previously a customer must go to a showroom, with the new website and application, customers can directly conduct transactions online. They can already request to book a car, apply for a car test drive, and directly buy a car online. They are also offered various payment options, from full payment, installment scheme, to booking fee payment. Other features available are creditworthiness calculator to calculate credit simulation and know how worthy someone is to apply for loan; car comparison; favorite items; and photos that comprehensively show cars from the exterior, the interior, to the engine. Car rental is an increasingly developing business in the last few years, especially renting through application, for both personal and corporate purposes. To answer the need, TRAC presents TRAC To Go, an application that offers car rental, from small family cars, medium-sized cars, to buses. Customers can also opt to rent a car with or without a driver. Customers can enjoy airport pick-up with a rented car, with order accepted up to 12 hours before pick-up time in various locations in Indonesia with various options and types of cars. Buses in various sizes, from small buses with 13 seats to big buses with 59 seats, are also available to rent. Meanwhile, IBID Live Auction application offers renewed auction system, allowing participants to take part in an auction online and in real time, without having to go to the auction house.
