Consistent in maintaining its achievement, PT Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) has won the Top Brand Award in the “Car Rental” category for the 13th time since 2010. Steven Sentosa, the President Director of PT Info Cahaya Hero, presented this award to Fransisca as the Corporate Communication & Marketing Head on 17 February 2023 at PT Serasi Autoraya Head Office.The Top Brand Award is awarded to the leading brands with excellent performance in Indonesia. It is awarded following a survey conducted by Frontier Research using the Top Brand Index with three assessment parameters, i.e., Mind Share, Market Share, and Commitment Share.In this award, TRAC reached the highest index at 33.6% in the “Car Rental” category. Frontier carries out the survey, involving 14,040 respondents from 15 cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Manado, and Denpasar.“We would like to thank our loyal customers for trusting us.
