Serasi Autoraya (SERA), in collaboration with Solusi Mobilitas Bangsa (GoFleet), held a training session for Scout leaders of the Jagakarsa District Council on Wednesday, 26 February 2025, at SDN Cipedak 05. The purpose of this event is to equip the leaders with leadership and effective communication skills.The training was opened by Muhammad Soleh, Head of Welfare Affairs of Jagakarsa Subdistrict, who appreciated the initiative. The first session, “Instilling Character to Cultivate Leadership,” was delivered by Anang Yulianto, President Director of GoFleet, who emphasized the importance of developing leadership skills from an early age. The next session, on Public Speaking, was presented by Happy Putro Wibowo, Head of the Corporate General Affairs, Social Responsibility & Health, Security, Safety, and Environment Division SERA. He emphasized the importance of effective communication in fostering self-confidence and conveying messages clearly.“With the opportunity to share today, we are reminded that as human beings, we must keep moving forward and improve. Don’t let yourself get stuck in one place—because every step forward is a chance for improvement,” said Happy Putro Wibowo.This activity is expected to positively impact Scout leaders in enhancing their leadership and communication skills.
