As an effort to promote quality education and community empowerment, PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) collaborated with Yayasan Amaliah Astra (YAA) and ImaniCare to conduct a Basic Life Support (BLS) training themed “Don’t Miss a Beat.”
The event, held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, was also part of the commemoration of World Heart Day. At least 375 participants from various backgrounds attended, ranging from Amaliah Care volunteers and junior high school students to senior citizens.
During the training, participants practiced Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and learned to use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on adult and infant mannequins. This hands-on approach enabled participants to be more responsive, quick, and accurate in handling cardiac emergencies.
The training was opened by Raden Defi Chalid, TRAC Head of Sales B2B, who symbolically handed over mannequins todr. Jamal, Chairman of ImaniCare.
The session continued with remarks from Agus Supriyadi, SERA Dept Head of HSE System & Compliance, who emphasized the spirit of #MenanamKebaikan (Planting Goodness), that every good action, no matter how small, is the beginning of a greater change.
“With today’s training, we hope to plant goodness not only for today’s society but also for future generations,” said Agus.
This collaborative initiative is further proof of SERA’s commitment to creating sustainable and inclusive social change.
Through this training, SERA also aims to raise awareness that from one simple act of keeping the heartbeat alive today, hope can be born for thousands of heartbeats in the future.
