PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) again strengthened its innovative culture through the SERA Quality Convention (SQC) 2025.

With the theme “SERA Action: Excellence to Acceleration”, this event served as a platform for SERA employees to contribute ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the company’s quality and competitiveness.

The theme encouraged everyone at SERA to move with greater agility, think faster, and deliver impactful innovations to achieve operational excellence.

All these imply that efficiency, quality, and creativity are not only consistently implemented but also accelerated to deliver tangible results.

This year, SQC 2025 was divided into three series of events. It began on October 22, 2025, at Grha SERA with exhibitions of finalists’ works and final judging, followed the next day by an outbound activity at Camp Hulu Cai, Bogor.

Participants are invited to strengthen their teamwork, build solid communication, and foster collaboration and sportsmanship. The convention concluded with an awards night on October 24, 2025, at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills.

This event was the culmination of the entire series of activities, marked by the announcement of winners in each category and recognition of participants’ contributions and dedication throughout the competition.

Unlike previous years, SQC 2025 featured six innovation categories:

1. Quality Control Project
2. Non-Technical Quality Control Circle
3. Technical Quality Control Circle
4. Non-Technical Suggestion System
5. Technical Suggestion System, and
6. Design Thinking

In addition, this year’s convention also included special awards such as Best Corporate Function, Best Improvement Corporate Function, Best Green Branch, and Most Valuable Employee.

SQC 2025 was not merely a competition but also a step toward strengthening SERA’s culture of innovation, collaboration, and appreciation for all employees.
