The award was presented directly by Kusnan Djawahir, Editor-in-Chief of SWA Media, together with Aryono Kurnianto, Research Director of MARS Digital Indonesia, to SERA Corporate Marketing & Customer Relation Division Head, Fransisca, during a ceremony held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.

The Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) is an appreciation event for leading brands, initiated by SWA Media in collaboration with MARS Digital Indonesia and Swanetwork.

The awards were based on research and surveys involving thousands of respondents from seven major cities in Indonesia. The survey measured several parameters, including:
