Consistently implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is crucial to supporting a company’s operations. As a result of this consistent commitment, TRAC, a business line of PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA), received the Indonesia Best Companies in HSE Implementation 2026 award from SWA Media Group.

The award was received by Desti Indriyasari, Head of Operations at TRAC, representing management, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Central Jakarta.

With a score of 89.83, TRAC received the “Very Good” rating in the Service category. The award was granted for TRAC’s success in effectively implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) systems, thereby enhancing workplace safety and operation performance.

The assessment comprised several stages, ranging from administrative document screening and presentation sessions before a panel of judges—comprising representatives from the National Accreditation Committee (KAN), the National OHS Council, practitioners, and academics—to the final determination of winners based on leadership, strategy, stakeholder engagement, workforce, operations, measurement, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) implementation outcomes.

Happy Putro Wibowo, Head of Corporate General Affairs, SR & HSSE at SERA, stated that this award reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining work safety standards across TRAC operations.

“This award motivates us to continue strengthening HSE implementation in the workplace. For TRAC, work safety and health are not only obligations but also an integral part of our corporate culture in supporting safe, productive, and sustainable operations,” said Wibowo.

This achievement serves as both a motivation and reminder that the implementation of occupational health and safety is an integral part of company operations and the foundation for maintaining sustainable service excellence.
