Developments in the business world present both opportunities and challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

To address these challenges, PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) is collaborating with PT Sinergi Kreatif Inovasi Indonesia (SKII) to launch a capacity-building program titled Creative Inclusion Synergy 2026 on September 19, 2026.

This program aims to help inclusive MSMEs grow their businesses and enhance their competitiveness so they are better prepared to navigate market developments.

A total of 30 inclusive MSMEs from 39 regencies and cities across 14 provinces in Indonesia were selected to participate in a series of intensive mentoring sessions.

All participants received training to enhance their business capabilities, ranging from market needs analysis, marketing strategies, and operational management to financial management, while also incorporating positive values into their business operations.

Happy Putro Wibowo, Head of the Corporate General Affairs, SR & HSSE Division at SERA, who attended the event, stated that SME owners need to continuously learn and adapt to face increasingly dynamic business competition, including advancements in technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

“Now and in the future, we are not only competing with rivals but also facing technological advancements and AI. Therefore, this program serves as an opportunity for SMEs to continue learning, adapting, and improving product quality so they can keep pace with the changing times,” said Happy.

The program also encourages participants to expand their networking and build strong relationships with fellow business owners, mentors, and facilitators.

Through collaboration and the exchange of experiences, participants can support one another in growing their businesses and overcoming business challenges. This, in turn, helps MSMEs expand their market reach, both nationally and internationally.
