The Auction Sales role involves sourcing auction items from potential new customers. The position is based at IBID Jakarta, with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Source and build relationships with new prospective clients to acquire items for auction
• Introduce IBID’s products and services to prospective clients
• Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Develop marketing and sales strategies to meet targets
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Draft and oversee powers of attorney or agreements

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: D3
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales
• Target-oriented and highly motivated
• Skilled in communication, negotiation, and sales
• Willing to be based in Jakarta

Buyer Acquisition – IBID (Medan, Bandung, Banjarmasin)

The Buyer Acquisition role involves identifying and analyzing potential buyers for automotive and non-automotive auction categories.

This position is open for placement in three cities: Medan, Bandung, and Banjarmasin. The qualification details and responsibilities are as follows.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market potential and buyer segmentation
• Identify new buyers for various categories of auction items, both automotive and non-automotive
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective buyers
• Educating prospective buyers about the auction process
• Managing the buyer database and ensuring data is always up to date
• Following up with buyers to encourage more active participation in auctions
• Coordinating with the operations and marketing teams regarding market needs and sales targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales
• Target-oriented and highly motivated
• Skilled in communication, negotiation, and sales
• Willing to be stationed in the city applied for
