Register or log in to your account via the IBID website or app.
Fill out the non-automotive consignment form (for individuals) or the corporate consignment form (for companies).
Choose your preferred inspection location and schedule. Currently, inspections can only be conducted at IBID’s Jakarta branch.
IBID’s team will contact you within 2×24 working hours to confirm the auction item and inspection schedule.
IBID will provide a recommended base price based on the inspection results.
Complete the cooperation agreement form between the consignor and IBID.
Select your preferred lifestyle auction schedule.
Deliver and consign your electronic item to the IBID Jakarta branch.
Once all steps are completed, you just need to wait for your item to sell. If it sells, IBID will confirm the payment.

Funds will be transferred to your registered bank account within five working days (D+5) after the auction ends. A consignment admin fee of 2.5% of the selling price will be applied to sold items.
