Browse properties that interest you through the “Property” menu or check the “Upcoming Auction Schedule.” Review the details carefully, including location, specifications, and PIC contact information.
Purchase an NPL (Auction Participant Number).
Select your desired property and click “NPL Timed.”
Choose the location, auction date, and number of NPLs you want to buy.
Each NPL is valid for bidding on one lot only. After making your virtual account payment, your registration will be confirmed, and you’ll officially become a participant in the auction.
When the auction starts, place your bids in increments of Rp1 million, according to the NPL you’ve purchased. For convenience, you can also use the Auto Bid feature, which automatically increase your bid up to the maximum amount you’ve set.
If you win, the NPL deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price.
If you don’t win, the deposit will be fully refunded to your registered account within three business days.
