RENTAL MARKETING OFFICER – TRAC (MULTIPLE CITIES)

Job Description:

• Explain car rental services to potential customers.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales. 

• Build partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and other businesses.

Qualifications:

• At least a D3 degree in any field

• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in rental sales/marketing are strongly preferred.

• Energetic, proactive, and familiar with the tourism sector

• Target-oriented and results-driven

• Driver’s license preferred.

LEGAL ANALYST – SERA HEAD OFFICE

Job Description:

• Draft and review cooperation agreements and customer-related business service contracts.

• Ensure that contracts are compliant with prevailing laws and regulations.

• Coordinate with law enforcement, lawyers, and courts. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Professional, with strong communication skills, high motivation, and a willingness to work hard to grow expertise

LEGAL LITIGATION ANALYST – SERA HEAD OFFICE

Job Description:

• Support in handling non-performing loan cases outside court.

• Provide assistance during disputes or legal actions, whether with law enforcement or third parties. 

• Assist in managing potential disputes involving SERA Group and external parties. 

• Build networks with law enforcement, legal consultants, and lawyers.

• Ensure timely review and preparation of customer/vendor contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 

• Strong knowledge of extrajudicial law and procedures
