Maintaining trust and a positive image is crucial for a company to continue growing and providing relevant services to customers. TRAC has once again demonstrated this through the 2026 Corporate Image Award in the Vehicle Rental category.

This marks TRAC’s 12th award at the Corporate Image Awards, which was accepted in person by TRAC’s Head of the Corporate Marketing and Customer Relations Division, Fransisca, at the Grha SERA Head Office in Sunter, Jakarta.

The Corporate Image Award is presented to companies with the best corporate image in their respective industry categories based on a Frontier survey.

In 2026, this survey involved 1,050 respondents from four groups: middle-to-upper management/business leaders, stockholders/investors, economic and business journalists, and the general public with a minimum socioeconomic status (SES) of A.

The evaluation was conducted using the Corporate Image Index (CII), which encompasses four dimensions: Quality, Performance, Responsibility, and Attractiveness.

The The Best or Excellent designation is awarded to companies with a CII score above 1 that rank in the top three in their category. With a CII score of 1.636, TRAC achieved the highest score in the Vehicle Rental category.
